Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops, salted and peppered to taste
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, pureed
    1 (29 oz.) can tomatoes, pureed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown pork chops in margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients in order listed.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour or until rice is done.
    Add water if necessary to keep from sticking.
