Carrots Hawaiian(From Overrock Inn) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple
salt and pepper to taste
small amount water
1 c. raisins
grated rind and juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Cook all ingredients together and thicken with cornstarch.
