Molded Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. diced shrimp
    3/4 c. diced celery
    4 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. finely scraped onion
    lettuce leaves
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add salt, vinegar and onion; chill until almost set.
    Fold in shrimp, celery and green pepper.
    Pour into molds and chill until firmly set.
    Cut or turn out.
    Serve on lettuce leaves with mayonnaise.
