Corn Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 c. fresh corn
    1 1/4 c. fresh or canned tomatoes
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add onion and celery and saute until tender (about 5 minutes).
    Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and corn.
    Cook until corn is tender.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
