Scottish Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Using mixer at medium speed, beat butter, sugar and salt for 2 minutes.
    Blend in flour at low speed until a smooth dough forms. Spray pan with cooking spray.
    Press dough into pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
