Oatmeal Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour to which 1 tsp. soda and 1/2 tsp. salt have been added
3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. walnut meats

Preparation

Blend oleo, sugar and eggs.
Add flour and remaining ingredients.
Form into rolls; wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
Slice thin and bake on ungreased sheet at 350\u00b0 for ten minutes.
May also be frozen.
