Creole Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
4 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained), chopped
2 tsp. beef flavored bouillon granules
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Saute green pepper, celery and onion in butter in a large skillet.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
Yield:
6 servings.
