Mexican-Style Snapper With Lime - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green onions
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 fresh tomato, diced
    1/4 c. chopped green chilies
    2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt or 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
    1/4 tsp. grated lime peel
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    1 1/2 lb. fresh snapper fillet
    12 lime wedges
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute green onions in butter until tender. Also, saute minced garlic if using fresh.
    Add tomatoes, chilies, parsley, salt, garlic salt, lime peel and black pepper; mix well. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add snapper to skillet; spoon sauce over fillets.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve garnished with lime wedges.
