Heavenly Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Dissolve
    gelatin in boiling water.
    Add juices.
    Chill until slightly
    thickened.
    Fold in drained pineapple, cheese and whipped cream.
    Pour into 1 1/2 cup mold.
    Luscious!
