Chicken Noodle Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chicken breast
    2 qt. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    8 oz. medium noodles
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) container mushrooms, chopped
    2/3 c. flour
    1 pt. milk
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Cook chicken in water and salt until tender.
    Remove from broth, bone and cut in small pieces.
    Take fat from broth and use 1 quart of broth.
    Cook noodles in broth with lid off after it starts boiling.
    Cook according to directions on noodle package.
