Cherry Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. biscuit mix
    21 oz. can Thank You pie filling (cherry or blueberry)
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    whipped topping or ice cream
Preparation
    Combine biscuit mix, eggs, milk and sugar.
    Beat until smooth. Pour into 12 greased 1 1/2-inch muffin cups.
    Spoon 1 tablespoon pie filling into each cup.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden.
    Remove from oven and cool.
    Fill center of each with remaining pie filling.
    Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
