Peachy Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
2 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 to 2 lb. squash, sliced
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine until soft.
Add sliced squash and peaches.
Cover and simmer on low heat about 15 minutes, until squash is crisp and tender.
Stir occasionally and season.
