Rice And Beef Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. flank steak, cut into thin strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
    1/2 c. scallions, cut 1 inch
    1/2 c. diced red pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 envelope beef 'n' onion mix for rice
    1 1/2 c. dry minute rice
Preparation
    Saute beef in oil in large skillet until browned about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add vegetables and stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Add water, soy sauce and seasoning mix.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork. Makes 4 servings.
