Jalapeno Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
3 c. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) cans green chiles
4 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in 1/4 c. butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Mix onion, sour cream and chiles well with rice.
Layer rice, Jack cheese, rice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in greased casserole. Sprinkle Cheddar on top last 10 minutes of cooking.
Serves 10.
