Crisp Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco cream
    3/4 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening, add well beaten eggs; add dry ingredients and nuts.
    Drop from teaspoon about 2-inches apart. Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
