Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts, split in half
1 egg
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. unsifted flour
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. margarine
2 chicken-flavor bouillon cubes
1/2 c. boiling water
dash of salt
dash of black pepper
Preparation

Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice in small bowl. In medium bowl, combine flour, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in flour mixture. In large skillet, brown chicken in margarine. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Add remaining lemon juice and pour over chicken. Simmer 20 to 40 minutes in covered skillet, moving it around occasionally with spatula to avoid sticking. Enjoy!
