Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
    1 c. water
    2 lb. hamburger meat
Preparation
    Mix well with hands.
    Roll in foil and cure 24 hours in refrigerator.
    Leave in foil.
    Place into pan and pour 1-inch of water in pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
