Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced green onions with tops
    1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
    2 c. diced roast pork or 8 oz. peeled, deveined raw shrimp, coarsely chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 c. cold cooked rice
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery and pork in oil until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Do not overcook.
    Add rice and bean sprouts which have been rinsed with cold water and drained.
    Combine egg and soy sauce.
    Stir into rice mixture.
    Cook, stirring 2 to 3 minutes or until heated.
    Season to taste.
    Makes 6 servings.
