Chocolate Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. butter
1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. water
12 small Hershey bars
2 c. sugar
3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix butter, sugar and water.
Cook over low heat until candy thermometer reaches 290\u00b0.
Pour on two buttered pizza pans. Spread to edge of pan.
Cover with melted chocolate and press nuts on top.
Cool and break into pieces.
