Picnic Pork Fry(Laci Pecsenye) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork, sliced thin
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 garlic segments (crushed)
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork butts with salt and pepper.
    Add paprika and garlic. Let stand for about 10 minutes.
    Fry in deep fat.
    Serve on slices of rye bread with sauerkraut.
