Chicken And Broccoli Curry(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced cooked chicken (about 4 chicken breasts)
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
2 cans cream of chicken or cream of golden mushroom soup (kids won't eat mushrooms)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. curry powder
juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. white wine
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

In a greased casserole dish, layer chicken and broccoli (slightly thawed).
Make a sauce by stirring together canned soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice and white wine.
Pour over top of broccoli and chicken.
Spread grated cheese over the top. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
