Chicken Salad Croissants - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple tidbits
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 c. chopped cashews or walnuts
4 croissants, split
alfalfa sprouts
Preparation

Toss together the chicken, celery and pineapple.
Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion flakes, seasoned salt and lemon pepper.
Stir into chicken mixture along with nuts, if desired. Mound on croissant and top with alfalfa sprouts.
Makes 4 servings.
