Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, diced
    1/2 onion, chopped
    3 tsp. butter
    1 qt. rich milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper and celery salt to taste
    water
Preparation
    Saute onion in 2 teaspoons butter until slightly brown. Add potatoes
    and
    just
    enough
    water\tto cover.
    Cook until potatoes are
    tender.
    Melt
    remaining butter;
    blend in with flour, salt, pepper and celery salt.
    Add enough milk to make a thin
    paste. Add potatoes and onion and add remaining milk. Reheat.
    Do not boil. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
