Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In skillet cook sausage until brown; drain off fat.
    Separate rolls into 8 triangles.
    Place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.
    Press over bottom and up sides; seal. Spoon on the sausage, then potatoes, then Cheddar.
    In a bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over crust.
    Sprinkle on Parmesan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
