Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, separated (room temperature)
1 1/2 c. milk (slightly warm)
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add milk, butter and oil, then add beaten egg yolks, then fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake in hot waffle iron.
(Best made the day before cooking.)
