Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    2 c. hot water
    6 (1/2-inch thick) bone-in pork loins, chops, trimmed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine rice, seasoning packet from rice mix and hot water. Place in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Set aside. Sprinkle pork chops with pepper and place over rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover casserole, combine cream of celery soup and milk.
    Pour over casserole.
    Bake casserole, uncovered, 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
