3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 c. milk
3 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
Gradually add sugar.
Cream vanilla and salt, mix thoroughly and chill.
Then churn until it freezes.
Yields around 3 quarts.
