Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potato
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans
3 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into a glass casserole dish that has been greased (7 x 11-inch).
Combine brown sugar, flour, pecans and butter.
Mix well.
Sprinkle on top of potato mixture in casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
