Grandma Jeanette Spruill'S Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. can tomatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. flour (makes thickening)
    1 round stick spice (if you like)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    day old biscuits or bread
Preparation
    Mix tomatoes, sugar and butter in a saucepan on stove until it comes to a good boil, then add your thickening.
    Pour all in a glass baking dish and add biscuits or bread crumbs.
    Put in stove and bake at 350\u00b0 until crumbs turn brown. Good eating.
