Turkey Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. turkey broth
    2 c. diced potatoes (3 medium)
    1 c. diced celery (2 ribs)
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 c. cooked turkey pieces
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. ginger (may omit)
Preparation
    In large saucepan, saute onion in margarine until tender.
    Add broth and bring to boil.
    Add potatoes, celery and carrots. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
