Potato Crown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag potato crowns
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) bag broccoli pieces
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. mushrooms (fresh), sliced (optional)
Preparation

Brown beef with onion.
Add tomato, broccoli, mushrooms, soup and half the cheese.
In a 9 x 13-inch cake pan, layer potato crowns on the bottom and the sides.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. When potato crowns are solid, add mixture and bake for 30 minutes. In the last few minutes, add remaining cheese.
