Chicken Tetrazzini(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
dash of white pepper
1 egg yolk
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Melt butter in small saucepan; add flour.
Stir until smooth paste.
Add milk and stir continually and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Sauce should have the consistency of thick cream. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Stir.
Remove from stove and stir in cheese and egg yolk rapidly.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
