Potato Pie(Pytpalek) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. American cheese or sharp Cheddar cheese
    5 to 6 medium size potatoes
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 prepared (baked) pizza dough
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins
    in salted water until tender. Cool potatoes and remove skins.\tIt's
    best to cook potatoes a day ahead.
    Grate sharp
    Cheddar
    cheese
    or
    place
    American cheese slices on top
    of prepared pizza dough.
    Grate potatoes over cheese and spread evenly, then grate onion over potatoes. Drizzle with butter;
    season with salt and pepper and top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
