Spoon Rolls(Makes About 18 Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm (almost hot) water
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil or melted margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and stir.
    Add sugar, oil, egg and flour.
    Mix with spoon and drop into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 18 to 20 minutes.
    (The rolls may be refrigerated and used later or frozen.)
