Sweet Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green peas
    1/4 medium bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    3/4 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 boiled egg, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix peas, onion, bell pepper and celery and let marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    About 2 to 3 hours before serving, add the egg, mayonnaise, sugar and mustard.
    Sugar may be reduced or omitted for diet reasons.
