Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
favorite pizza ingredients
2 c. finely shredded Mozzarella cheese
16 oz. jar pizza sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine rice, salt, egg and 1 cup cheese.
Press over bottom of 12-inch pizza pan, making outer edge slightly higher.
Top with pizza sauce and favorite pizza ingredients.
Bake 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
