Swiss Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. finely minced onion
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook green beans according to package directions. Drain well and place in casserole dish.
    Combine butter, salt, pepper, onion, sugar and sour cream.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Pour over beans. Top with Swiss cheese and cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
