Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked 9-inch pie shell
2 1/4 c. canned sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks (save whites for the meringue)
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. lime juice
4 tsp. grated lime rind
Preparation

Bake shell.
Remove from oven and cool.
In a medium bowl, beat the egg yolks until thick.
Blend in the condensed milk using a whisk for this and the following step.
Gradually add the lime juice.
Spoon the mixture into the cooled shell.
Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
