Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    8 oz. peanut butter (creamy)
    2 Tbsp. plain gelatin (1/2 oz.)
    1/4 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. milk
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 graham cracker crusts or Oreo cookie crusts
    chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips or chocolate curls and whipped cream (garnish)
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter until combined. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; combine with cream cheese mixture.
    Add milk and stir until smooth.
    Gently stir in Cool Whip until thoroughly mixed.
    Pour into 2 pie crusts.
    Freeze until shortly before serving time.
