Double Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine (1 1/2 sticks)
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, divided
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Mix all ingredients together (reserving 1/2 cup chocolate chips) until smooth.
    Spread in a 9 x 12-inch pan and sprinkle top with reserved chocolate chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
