Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1 large onion, chopped
1 large can whole kernel corn, drained
1 large can creamed corn
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar pimento
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg beaten
salt and pepper
grated Cheddar cheese (for topping)
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine.
Add drained whole kernel corn, creamed corn, bell pepper, pimentos, rice, sugar and egg.
Season to taste.
Pour into greased, shallow pan and cover with grated cheese.
Bake until bubbly at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8 to 10.
