Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. diced zucchini
    1 c. mushrooms, cut into quarters
    1 c. green beans, 2-inch pieces
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 medium bell pepper, diced
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. ground thyme
    1 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large pot.
    Add next 8 ingredients and saute, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients except milk and parsley.
    Simmer 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in milk.
    Heat but do not boil.
    Garnish with parsley.
