Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag fresh spinach
    1 egg, boiled
    juice of 1 lemon
    dash of black pepper
    1 clove fresh garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. honey
    4 slices bacon, fried
Preparation
    Rinse and drain spinach.
    Tear and place into a salad bowl. In small saucepan, combine lemon juice, honey, garlic and pepper; bring to a boil.
    Fry bacon.
    Crumble bacon and egg on top of spinach.
    Pour honey mixture over salad.
    Serve immediately.
