Mushroom Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
    2 cans beef consomme soup
    2 cans water
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 jar mushrooms
    1 whole onion, chopped
    1 tsp. rubbed sage
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    First, melt butter in baking pan.
    Mix all other ingredients in large bowl.
    Next, pour in baking pan with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour and a half.
