Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated and peeled zucchini
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix wet and dry ingredients well and place in a greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
