Eddie'S Catfish Recipe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 fresh cut catfish fillets
1 c. breadcrumbs
1 c. pecans, chopped finely
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Creole seasoning
parsley (optional)
Preparation
-
Drain fish.
Put ingredients in plastic bag.
Pat fish dry with paper towel and shake in bag.
Place on rack in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
