Mexican Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    4 pork chops
    1 pkg. chili mix
    1 c. instant rice
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. can whole, peeled tomatoes, cut up
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt in skillet. Add chops and brown over medium heat.
    Sprinkle chili mix over chops.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
