Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 lb. mild Cheddar or American cheese, shredded or cubed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In 2-quart saucepan, cook onions in margarine over low heat until tender.
    Add milk and pepper.
    When milk is hot, stir in cheese.
    Continue stirring until cheese is melted.
    Add broccoli. Makes four 3/4 cup servings.
