4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. sliced almonds, toasted*
