Hot Chicken Salad: Country Club Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped cooked chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. sliced almonds, toasted*
Preparation
    *You may substitute 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips for almonds.
