Mexicale Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced zucchini
    1 large carrot, shredded
    1 large chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1/2 tsp. each of garlic and basil
    1/2 c. salsa
    2 tomatoes, chopped (large chunks)
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Add zucchini, carrot, onion, celery, pepper and herbs.
    Cook covered over medium heat about 5 minutes until vegetables are done, but crisp.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add tomatoes and salsa.
